Perbedaan Present Perfect, Past perfect and Future Perfect tense

Ketika berbicara ketiga bentuk tenses Present Perfect, Past perfect and Future Perfect kita dibuat bingung kapan mengaplikasikan dan menggunakannya. Pada postingan kali ini penulis ingin membahas 3 bentuk waktu tersebut. Ketiga bentuk tenses tadi sama-sama menggunakan kata kerja bentuk ketiga/Past participle, namun perbedaannya pada auxiliary verbnya seperti:have + Past participle, had + past participle, dan will have + past participle. .Menarik untuk dipelajari.

The differences between present perfect, past perfect and future perfect.

1.	Present Perfect Sebenarnya bentuk waktu ini secara sederhana dapat didefinisikan, Untuk mengekspresikan action atau kegiatan yang kita lakukan pada masa lampau namun masih ada kaitannya dengan sekarang (An action happens in the past with a result now). Contoh sederhana: Saya sudah sarapan pagi ini, alhamdulillah sekarang tidak lapar. ( I have alredy eaten* breakfast this morning. I am not hungry.)*

2.	Past perfect Bentuk waktu ini berbeda dengan Present perfect. Jika dalam Present perfect, action atau aktifitasnya masih ada kaitannya dengan saat ini. Untuk bentuk Past perfect ini sudah tidak ada kaitannya dengan sekarang. Kita bercerita masa lampau dan terjadi di masa lampau, selesai di saat itu (An action happened in the past, finished in the past) Contoh sederhana: Saat itu Paman telah menyeberang di jalan, Sebuah mobil menabraknya. (At that time, Uncle had crossed* the pavement, then a car hit him).*

3.	Future Perfect Bentuk waktu ini jelas berbeda dengan 2 bentuk di atas. Karena Future Perfect lebih kepada suatu rencana penyelesaian aktifitas/action pada titik waktu yang ditentukan. Juga bisa dikatakan bahwa Suatu action akan telah selesai dilakukan sebelum peristiwa lain terjadi. (The actions will have been completed before a spesific time in the future) Contoh sederhana: Menjelang bulan Agustus 2018, Saya akan sudah menyelesaikan Skripsi saya. (By August 2018, I will have completed* my thesis.)*
