Belajar Future Perfect Tense

Materi FuturePerfect tense ini adalah materi yang terpadu dalam 16 tenses Bahasa Inggris yang berguna.

Definisi:

Yaitu suatu bentuk waktu yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu aktifitas yang akan sudah selesai dilakukan pada waktu tertentu yang sudah terprogram di masa yang akan datang.

Untuk lebih memahami Future perfect ini, perhatikan deskripsi di bawah ini:

Contoh: I will have given the money to my mom by 09:00 p.m.

                                                     

Pola umum:

S +Will have + Past participle (Verb 3)

Adverb of time yang biasa digunakan:

-          Next week, next year, next Sunday, etc.

-          By eight o’clock, by this afternoon, by 20120

-          Before Monday, befor 2019, etc.

-          In two weeks, in two years, etc.

Contoh Future Perfect tense:

1.	My wife will have graduated next year. (+)
2.	By 2020, I will have been 36 years old. (+)
3.	Father will not have lived in Japan for 5 years by July. (-)
4.	Mother will not have finished cooking by 5:00 p.m. (-)
5.	Will they have arrived in England by now? (?)
6.	Will we have received emails from our customers before March? (?)

Untuk membentuk kalimat negatif (-), maka ‘not’ ditambahkan setelah ‘Will’. Dan untuk membentuk kalimat tanya/interogatif (?), maka ‘will’ diletakkan di depan kalimat. Contoh secara utuh:

(+) By 2030, My uncle will have spent 10 years in Pekalongan.

(-) By 2030, My uncle will not have spent 10 years in Pekalongan.

(?) Will my uncle have spent 10 years in Pekalongan by 2030? Yes, he will/No, he will not.
