Soal Essay PAS Bahasa Inggris Kelas 9 terupdate

Siang hari ini penulis mencoba menyusun Soal PAS Bahasa Inggris kelas IX kurikulum 2013 spesial untuk soal Essay atau isian saja tanpa soal multiple choice atau pilihan ganda. Soal ini penulis susun secara mandiri yang sifatnya hanya untuk latihan menghadapai soal PAS sesungguhnya. Soal tersebut penulis tulis sesuai dengan kisi-kisi PAS Bahasa Inggris kelas 9 tahun 2018/2019.

Soal Essai PAS terdiri dari 3 jenis kategori, yang pertama adalah soal berupa benar salah (True/False) sebanyak 10 items diikuti soal menjodohkan (Matching) sejumlah 10 items juga dan terakhir soal esai terdiri dari 5 soal.

Soal PAS ini disusun berdasarkan kisi-kisi PAS SMP se-Kabupaten Batang Jawa Tengah.

Dayang Sumbi was a beautiful and kind hearted princess, but sometimes she was very lazy. Her hobby was weaving cloth. One day her weaving tool fell. Tumang, a cursed dog, came to bring back to her. As she had promised, she married him. Tumang was actually a man who had been cursed by a male to become a dog. But sometimes he could turn back to a normal man. Dayang Sumbi and Tumang got one son. His name was Sangkuriang. He did not know that Tumang was his father because he was a dog whenever he was with him. Tumang always accompanied Sangkuriang whenever he went hunting in the woods.

HOW TO COOK RICE

1. Measure rice with the measuring cup. Then rinse the rice thoroughly using other container.

2. Put the rinsed rice in the pan and add water to the recommended scale or to your personal taste.

3. Soak the rice in water at least for 30 minutes.

4. Place the pan into the body. Make sure the pan settles properly.

5. Close the lid firmly.

6. Plug in and press the switch. The light indicating “COOK” will be on.The cooking will start immediately

7. When the rice is cooked, the switch will move up to the keep warm, and the light indicating “WARM” will be on. After the switch moves up, leave the lid closed for at least 15 minutes to steam the rice fully. Scoop and mix the rice well.

8. Unplug.

Read the following fable and answer the questions!

The Lion And The Mouse

Once when a lion was a sleep, a little mouse began running up and down upon him: This soon awoke the lion, who placed his huge paw upon the mouse, and opened his big jaws to swallow him.

“Pardon, oh king,” cried the little mouse “forgive me this time. I shall never forget it: who knows I may be able to do you a good turn some of these days?” The lion was so tickled at the idea of the mouse being able to help him. Then he lifted up his paw and let him go.

One day the lion was caught in a trap. Some hunters who wanted to carry him alive to the king, tied him to a tree while they went in search of a wagon to carry him in. Just then the little mouse happened to pass by and see the sad plight in which the lion was.

The little mouse went up to him and soon gnawed away the ropes that bound the king of the beasts. Soon after the little mouse had finished gnawing away the ropes, he asked the lion to run way.
